I loved my stay here! The owner John is more than accommodating! The very clean, comfy, well designed room made me feel right at home. The beds were SOOO comfortable, we actually left later than we meant to because we didn't want to leave such a fantastic place! I won't stay anywhere but here anytime I am in the area!
This place has beautiful rooms! The beds are extremely comfortable and the carpet is softer than my own at home. Everything is super clean and decorated just right. Feels like home. Friendly owners and great customer service even with my card complication. THANK YOU GUYS!
We recently had our wedding reception at the lighthouse inn. With 3 weeks' notice the event was promptly scheduled. Our reception was well organised, the service was great and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend people to consider the lighthouse for there events.
Extremely fair price for long term business travelers, clean, nicer linens than most high end hotels and new owner runs a tight ship. I stayed in one of his RV for 3 weeks. Room was cleaned every day. They also offer laundry service.
I just got here 30 mins ago and im ready for my review! Im really picky about beds and cleaning and this is by far the best place money savers can get, super clean, good wifi for my ps5 , they clean everyday! Well done.
Very Friendly, Clean, Professional and Good price for Good Value. I came to Storm Lake for business and was not sure how long I would be in the area. I ended up spending 6 months here. I spent 2 weeks at another hotel that was horrible. I moved to the Light House Inn and was very happy I did. They have weekly rates available which worked well for me. They were also very considerate to my sleep schedule with housekeeping and maintenance. They were also willing to work with me on payments when I was having an issue with the bank. I also had several packages delivered and they would be placed inside my room when I returned from work. They also have 2 kitchenette units that are well worth the extra cost for extended stays. The owners treat you like family and if I am ever in the area again I will be staying here.
I stayed at the lighthouse inn for work for an extended period of time. The staff was fantastic and responsive any time i had an issue. They kept the premises and my room sparkling clean throughout my entire stay. Easily the best motel experience i have had as a traveler on the road. I have stayed at the Lighthouse Inn many times over the last few years and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable. The rooms are in excellent condition and they offer all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Marty and Vickie do an excellent job managing the motel and they are very enjoyable people to be around....I consider them friends. This is the only place I would consider staying when visiting the Storm Lake area and I highly recommend this lodging location for your stay as well.
Fantastic experience, clean rooms at a reasonable price. Friendly service and a cozy room. The rooms look to be remodeled nicely. This is definitely the place to stay in town!!
Great service! Marty (the owner I think) went out of his way to allow me to stay there when I was in a bind and arriving late. The room was very clean and well maintained. Carpet seemed new and was clean. It was very quiet the night I stayed; I did not hear other guests. Definitely will stay here the next time I'm in Storm Lake.
